Lahore commissioner appreciates Fahad Shahbaz’s efforts for youth welfare

LAHORE (Daily Point) — Fahad Shahbaz, Focal Person for Punjab Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, called on Commissioner Lahore Zaib bin Maqsood to discuss ongoing youth-focused initiatives in educational institutions across the city.

Kamran Shakoor, Member of the Prime Minister’s National Youth Council, was also present during the meeting.

During the discussion, Mr Shahbaz briefed the commissioner on the measures being implemented under the PM Youth Programme to promote youth welfare and empowerment in Lahore’s academic institutions. Commissioner Maqsood appreciated the efforts and stressed the need for continued collaboration to engage students in constructive activities.

It was decided that the PM Youth Programme, in partnership with the Lahore Division administration, would launch a series of seminars on civic education and tree plantation drives across educational institutions. The initiative aims to instil leadership qualities in students while fostering environmental awareness.
