(Daily Point) — Employees at an Indian information technology firm are in for a pleasant surprise as their boss, identified as Murali by India Today, has gifted brand new cars to 50 of the company’s staff members.
Murali, who leads Ideas2IT Technology Services Private Limited, a Chennai-based IT firm, chose this unique gesture to express his gratitude to those employees who have been a steadfast support since the inception of the venture.
But that’s not the end of the generous acts. Murali has also decided to share a portion of company shares with long-term employees and initiated a wealth-sharing program. Previously, he and his partner held all the shares, but they have now opted to convert and allocate 33 percent of the shares to those employees who have been with the company for an extended period.
Speaking about this initiative, Murali stated, “We also started the wealth-sharing program by which we decided to give 50 cars to our employees.” He emphasized that this move is a token of appreciation for the dedication and support shown by the staff.
In a similar gesture last year, the company had gifted 100 cars to employees as a way of acknowledging and reciprocating their hard work and contributions.
