(Daily Point) — Seema Haider’s Pakistani spouse, known for being the wife of Sachin in Indian media, has enlisted the services of an Indian lawyer to pursue the custody of their children.

Last year, Seema, a resident of Jacobabad in Sindh, traveled to India with her children via Nepal after crossing the border to marry her lover she met on the mobile game PUBG.

Ghulam Haider has engaged Malik Momin, facilitated by advocate Ansar Burney in Karachi, who operates a trust dedicated to the recovery of missing and kidnapped children. Burney has forwarded Haider’s power of attorney to India.

Seema, in an interview with BBC, revealed her conversion to Hinduism and her decision not to return to Pakistan. Haider, employed in Saudi Arabia, was still abroad when Seema left for India with the children. Upon his return months later, he sought legal assistance.

Last year, the Foreign Office spokesperson, addressing the media, stated that Seema’s nationality had not been confirmed. India has not granted consular access to Seema as of the latest update, according to the spokesperson.
