A month has passed since the release of ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, featuring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, touted as one of India’s biggest action flicks.
However, despite the anticipation, the film fell short of expectations at the box office. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie, hitting screens on April 10, 2024, failed to captivate audiences despite its hefty ₹350 crore budget. While it did manage to generate some revenue, it struggles to surpass the ₹65 crore mark, potentially alleviating the financial blow but still far from breaking even.
Looking ahead, Tiger Shroff gears up for ‘Singham Again’, while Akshay Kumar prepares for ‘Welcome To The Jungle’, set for a December 2024 release.
‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, mounted on a whopping $42 million budget, revolves around elite soldiers joining forces to reclaim a stolen weapon from a masked villain intent on destabilizing India. Scheduled for release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, the action-packed thriller features a stellar cast including Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chillar, and Alaya F alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.
