LAHORE (Daily Point) — Imran Khan, the former chairman of PTI, has seen a notable increase in his assets, surpassing Rs277 million over the past five years.
This was reported by private TV channel Samaa based on his asset details and nomination papers.
In 2018, Imran Khan’s assets were valued at Rs38.694 million, and his latest nomination papers for the upcoming elections reveal a current valuation exceeding Rs315.95 million.
The disclosed assets include a seven kanal eight marla house in Zaman Park, Lahore, with an associated construction expenditure of more than Rs48.6 million. Additionally, Imran Khan has declared 300 kanal of land in Bani Gala as a gift. Notably, he does not possess any vehicles, as indicated by the documents.
In 2021, Imran Khan reported assets worth over Rs141 million to the Federal Board of Revenue, and by 2022, this value had surged to over Rs320 million. The attached FBR certificate with his nomination papers for 2023 displays his assets’ current value at over Rs315.9 million.
