Massive decrease in Umrah fare announced

(Web Desk Monitoring) –Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a significant reduction in Umrah fares for Pakistani pilgrims.
According to a PIA spokesperson, this discount will benefit pilgrims traveling from Pakistan to Madinah.

The new round-trip fare from Karachi to Madinah has been set at Rs76,000 plus taxes, while the fare from Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan, and Sialkot to Madinah is Rs86,000 plus taxes. This reduction means a substantial decrease of Rs34,000 from the previous fare of Rs120,000, bringing it down to Rs86,000.

Saudi Arabia has also revised the duration of Umrah visas. The PIA spokesperson noted that the discounted fares are effective immediately and will remain valid for travel from Pakistan until July 15.
