LAHORE (Daily Point) — PTI’s Hamad Azhar’s son, Mian Azhar, spent money in my constituency, claims Prime Minister Youth Programme’s Chairman Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan. He asserts that Mian Aslam Iqbal and Mian Azhar won through rigging.
In the Exclusive talk during “Farrukh Warraich Show”, Rana Mashhood disclosed that he was leading the 2024 election by more than 10,000 votes, but unexpectedly, it was announced that he had lost his seat, the first among Lahore constituencies. He stated that once he gets justice from the Election Tribunal, he will reveal how he was defeated. According to him, pre-election surveys indicated over 100 seats for PML-N, leading him to believe that a high-level game was played against their party and money was spent in his constituency.
Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan mentioned that he had been elected as a member of the Punjab Assembly four consecutive times and felt cheated by money on his fifth attempt. He added that if the country’s conditions were better, he might not have contested the election, as he also received offers to change loyalties.
Additionally, Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan urged PTI founder Imran Khan to apologize to the public regarding the events of May 9 and other cases. He emphasized that Pakistan’s political and economic improvement depends on all parties working together as one.
