Born on March 01, 1993, in Abdul Hakeem, Bilal’s influence in the Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP) and his dynamic presence in the world of civil service and social media made him a shining example.
However, the burden of the civil service proved overwhelming for Bilal, leading to a battle with depression. Despite his accomplishments, he confided in those close to him, expressing thoughts of quitting his job or even contemplating suicide. His tragic death raises awareness about the silent struggle with mental health that many individuals, even successful ones, face.

At the time of his demise, he held the position of Cantonment Executive Officer, CEO, Bannu.
