The highly anticipated film, “The Fall Guy,” starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, has finally hit theaters worldwide, including Pakistan.
With the availability of streaming giants like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video in the country, many Pakistanis are eagerly awaiting news of the movie’s digital release.
This action-packed romantic tale marks Gosling’s return to the big screen since July 2023, while Blunt’s last movie with Chris Evans, “Pain Killer,” premiered on Netflix the same year.
“The Fall Guy” follows the story of Colt, a seasoned stuntman facing personal struggles, who finds himself on a movie set with a former A-list star he once doubled for. When the star vanishes and the film, directed by Colt’s ex-girlfriend, faces potential shutdown, Colt steps up to investigate the disappearance and locate the missing actor.
In addition to Gosling and Blunt, the film features Winston Duke, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Hannah Waddingham, Stephanie Hsu, and Teresa Palmer. Lee Majors, who starred in the original TV series, also makes an appearance.
For those eagerly anticipating its digital release, the typical timeframe for such releases is around 45 days after the theatrical debut. Following this timeline, “The Fall Guy” could potentially be available for streaming as early as June 17, 2024.
However, viewers in Pakistan won’t find the film on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. Instead, “The Fall Guy” is set to stream exclusively on Peacock starting in June.
