ISLAMABAD (Daily Point) — Pakistani Tekken sensation Arslan Ash has achieved another remarkable triumph, emerging victorious at the Tekken World Tour Finals 2023 (TWT 23) held in New Orleans, United States on Sunday.

In a commanding display, Arslan defeated CherryBerryMango (CBM) 3-1 in the final, securing the coveted title.

Widely acknowledged as the greatest of all time (GOAT) in Tekken, Arslan kicked off his top-eight campaign with a decisive 2-1 victory over LowHigh in the winners’ semi-final, earning a spot in the winners’ final.

In a challenging showdown in the winners’ final, Arslan faced Ulsan, overcoming the opponent in a hard-fought five-game battle with a 3-2 victory.

The final hurdle of the night for Arslan was against CBM, whom he convincingly defeated in the ultimate showdown.

Adding to his list of accomplishments, Arslan’s win at the TWT 23 final completed a triumphant treble in 2023, following victories at Evo Japan and Evo Vegas earlier in the year.

Notably, in August, Arslan achieved the remarkable feat of becoming a four-time EVO champion, clinching the title in Las Vegas. The 27-year-old showcased his prowess by defeating Japan’s AO 3-0 in the grand final, solidifying his status as the only player worldwide to secure the prestigious event four times in Tekken 7. Arslan had previously won the title in Japan and Las Vegas in 2019.

Regarded by many as the greatest Tekken player of all time, Arslan received further recognition when he was awarded the title of the best E-Player of 2019 by ESPN.

Arslan’s accolades extend to being the CEO 2021 Champion and the 2022 Combo Breaker Tekken 7 tournament winner, where he claimed the title after defeating all 10 of his opponents.
