Residents of these 20 countries banned for Dubai visit visa

UAE-Dubai-Visit

DUBAI (Daily Point)- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced a ban on Dubai visit visas for citizens of 20 countries, with immediate effect.

The new restrictions primarily affect several African nations, as reported by German media outlets. The countries impacted by the ban include Ghana, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Cameroon, Nigeria, Liberia, Burundi, Republic of Guinea, Gambia, Togo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Benin, Ivory Coast, Congo, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Guinea Bissau, and Comoros.

These measures are part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to address immigration-related challenges. The UAE had recently revamped its visa policy, stating that citizens of Nigeria below the age of 40 would not be eligible for visit visas.

It’s worth noting that Pakistani nationals remain unaffected by these new visa restrictions. They can continue to obtain visit visas to travel to the UAE without any hindrance. This exception is likely to be well-received by individuals and businesses that rely on travel between Pakistan and the UAE for various purposes, such as tourism and trade.
