(Daily Point) — Leaked photos of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 16 have surfaced, revealing significant design changes anticipated for its release later this year.
The images, shared by Sonny Dickson on X (formerly Twitter), showcase purported dummy units of the iPhone 16, indicating notable alterations.
According to the leaks, Apple has opted for a button-heavy approach, introducing a programmable action button on the left side of all iPhone 16 models, replacing the traditional power button and volume rockers. This feature, previously exclusive to iPhone 15 Pro models, marks a departure in design strategy.
Moreover, a new “Capture” button has been incorporated on the right side, aimed at enhancing zooming and photo-taking capabilities for a more intuitive user experience.
Additionally, reports suggest that the iPhone 16 Pro models will see a size increase of 0.2 inches compared to the previous year. The iPhone 16 Pro will measure 6.3 inches, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max will stretch to 6.9 inches, as per Mashable citing 9to5Mac.
With anticipation building among Apple enthusiasts, these leaks provide a glimpse into the tech giant’s innovative approach to its flagship smartphone series.
