LAHORE (Daily Point) — Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, announced ambitious plans during a workers’ convention in Lahore.
Promising to address the challenges of unemployment, he pledged to double the salaries of the masses and provide 300 units of free electricity to the underprivileged if the PPP is elected into power.
Bhutto-Zardari also emphasized the party’s commitment to free medical treatment, asserting plans to establish a hospital in Raiwind, challenging the claims of political opponents.
He vowed to tackle housing issues by constructing 3 million houses for the less fortunate, with ownership rights granted to Katchi Abadis in Punjab.
In a pointed critique, he questioned the provision of free medical treatment in Raiwand, highlighting the PPP’s dedication to addressing the essential needs of the population. He further mentioned that the party reject divisive politics, focusing instead on inclusive and constructive governance.
