ISLAMABAD (Daily Point) — Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has asserted that the so-called “London plan” has floundered, as a significant number of independent candidates supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) surged ahead in the race for National Assembly seats during the general elections.

In what was dubbed as an AI rendition of his victory speech, Khan expressed gratitude to his supporters for their overwhelming turnout, which he claimed caught everyone off guard. The video, shared on Khan’s official platform on X (formerly Twitter), featured snippets from his previous speeches, along with images from his party’s rallies and his tenure as prime minister.

Khan’s address follows closely on the heels of his rival Nawaz Sharif’s victory speech in Lahore. Sharif, vying for his fourth term as prime minister, announced his intentions to form a coalition government.

This marks the fourth AI-generated video featuring Khan. In recent instances, he has also utilized voice cloning technology to communicate with his followers.

According to provisional results released by the Election Commission of Pakistan, independent candidates secured 99 seats in the National Assembly.

In his speech, Khan derided Sharif’s victory speech as an act of “low IQ,” considering Sharif’s trailing position behind independent candidates.

Khan further alleged that Sharif’s bid for the prime ministership would not be accepted by the Pakistani populace, citing international media coverage of what he described as Sharif’s “foolishness.”

While claiming victories for his party-backed candidates, Khan also raised concerns about alleged electoral fraud.

Expressing pride and gratitude towards his supporters, Khan urged them to celebrate what he perceives as a triumph.
