LAHORE (Daily Point) — Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) raised concerns, stating that Imran Khan’s lawyer, Rai Muhammad Ali, has gone missing subsequent to obtaining the former prime minister’s signed nomination papers from Adiala Jail.

According to a post on X, PTI revealed that Ali entered the jail premises to secure the signed papers but failed to return. The accompanying lawyers were left waiting without receiving any explanation from jail officials regarding Ali’s disappearance.

The party also shared multiple posts highlighting the arrests of its candidates and their representatives during attempts to submit nomination papers. One video, posted from Sialkot, purportedly depicted the arrest of Haider Ali Gill, the son of former ticket holder Chaudhry Munawwar Gill, from the returning officer’s office.

In Vehari, the party reported that Hammad Raza Jatt, the lawyer for PP-234 candidate Zahid Iqbal, was arrested at the RO office while attempting to file the nomination papers.
